This is a series of small pen illustrations of some of my favorite national parks. Unlike many of my other works, these are, in fact, grand scenes but I illustrated them on a small scale. While I have often been pushed to work on a larger scale, I always gravitate towards smaller pieces. One of the reasons for this is that old New England homes are meant for small pieces. There are too many nooks and crannies and windows in an old new England home for large pieces. These are meant to be hung vertically to fit nicely in the space between two windows.
